If you need to process a refund, this can be done through “Search Orders” on your account.  After you log in you will see the “Search Orders” menu item at the top.  Select your event and search for your customer that you wish to refund.  Once you find them, look at the “Order actions” column.  You will see the refund option there.  It will open up a prompt that asks how many tickets you would like to refund.  This allows you to do a partial or full refund of the order.
