As per our Terms and Conditions, we only allow refunds for a few reasons.  First reason is if your event moves to a different date or if it is canceled.  You customers will have the option to get a refund for a moved event.  If it is canceled, the system will automatically refund all ticket buyers.  The other reason a refund will occur is if your customer would like to exchange a ticket to another one of your events only if the ticket cost is equal or greater value.  We do require the customer to purchase the new tickets first before we issue the refund for the old order.
