If you are trying to change your venue map while in “Edit” event and it will not allow you there is one reason this could be happening. Once sales start on an event certain things such as the ability to switch maps becomes disabled. This is to prevent your customers from buying a seat that may not be there anymore because the seating map changed. If you wish to have a different map for that particular event, you must create a new event. If you need to move people over to the new event, please use the transfer ticket feature (search orders OR box office search orders) or guestlist them on the new event.
