When using Purplepass as your credit card processor, we currently offer 3 different ways of paying you out after your event. There is the mailed paper check, direct deposit wire, and a printable eCheck. All forms of payment are issued the following Thursday after your event.
By default the mailed check is the current option if you don’t pursue the other two. Shipping for a paper check will take about 3-5 business days to arrive in your mailbox.
Direct Deposit Wire
If you require a speedy want to receive your money this is the option you want. Direct Deposit usually appear in your bank account ready to use the next day after they are issued. To sign up for this, please contact us at email@example.com. We will send you an ACH Direct Deposit form to fill out with your banking info. We do not charge any direct deposit fees.
NOTE: Depending on your bank, it can take 3-7 days to verify your banking info before we can start issuing direct deposits. It is advised to arrange direct deposit prior to your event ending so you can be paid out on time without any delays.
eCheck is the most popular since it is the quickest way to get your money. An electronic check will be emailed to you which you can immediately print out and take to your bank.
