On the “Edit Event” page (Go to “My Events” and then click “Edit”) there is a checkbox you can select to enable Facebook options. This checkbox and specific options are near the bottom of the page.
Facebook requires a physical address set on your page before people can check in. Please log into your Facebook account and make sure that valid physical address is set on your page. Once you’ve done this, you can try to enable the auto checkin feature again on Purplepass
