On your account under “My Events”, you will see a “Past Events” tab. Here you can view all the past stats, copy it, access all the lists and box office at any time.
On your account you can do this under “Search Orders”. Once you locate their order you will see a button that says “Refund”. Click this and this will refund the order. Please note that refunds can take anywhere between 7-14 business days depending on the credit card processor.
To view all the seating maps available to you go to “My Venues” at the top menu bar. These are all the maps that you can use for your events. If you don’t see your map on “My Venues” please contact your service rep for assistance.
If you add a tracking ID, you are able to track how many sales that particular widget is generating. You can see tracking data in the Sales/Stats section of your Purplepass account.
Yes you may. You will need a PayPal account or your own merchant account to utilize CAD.
