There could be a number different reason this happened.  The most common ones are your order did not go through, there’s a hold on your funds (funds can leave an account when put on hold with a credit card processor), or an email was entered incorrectly.  Before calling support, check your spam or junk folder to be sure your confirmation email isn’t there.
