When you have an assigned seating map attached to your event, your box office you will start off with the first option on the left in the “Sell Tickets” tab in your box office.  It will open up the map and you can see which seats are available.  You will then be able to select a seat for your customer.  It will then go back to the box office for you to complete the payment once you select “Finish Selecting” on the map.  After the transaction a ticket or receipt will print out if you have any of our printers hooked up.  In addition, since our system is cloud based, if a seat is selected on a different computer (customer at home or another terminal in your box office) it will immediately show on your computer as you are selecting seats making it impossible to double seat someone.
