While in your ticket stock editor, you will have the option to reorder a previous order on the left hand menu. Once you find your order there will be options to add it to the cart by clicking on the “Order” link.
Typically there are no discounts on large ticket stock orders. However if you are ordering more than 20,000, there may be discounts available. Please consult with your service rep, contact Purplepass support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) 316-8559.
The minimum order is 50 tickets and can be ordered in increments of 50 (100, 150, 200, etc.).
Ticket stock orders are usually printed and shipped the same day as long as the order is received before 2pm PST, Monday through Friday.
We have seven ticket colors to choose from: Gray, purple, yellow, red, green, blue, and cinnamon.
How do I save the design of my ticket for pre-printed ticket stock or tickets printed through the box office?
Log into your account, click on the “Ticket Stock” button for your event, and on the left menu you will see a section for “Default Design”. You will see the ticket types you have created on your event listed there. Here you may customize the text any way you want.
In the list of your events in “My Events,” there is an option on each event for “Ticket Stock.” Click this and it will take you to a design screen for the ticket stock you will order.
