If the event I purchased tickets for has changed and I no longer want to attend, can I request a refund?
If the event was postponed or significantly changed after you purchased your tickets, you may request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 1-800-316-8559 (Option 2)
Unfortunately, refunds can only be issued if the event is canceled or postponed.
There are no refunds. However, if an event was canceled or postponed, then you should contact the event promoter directly for instruction on how to receive a refund. Their contact information can be found on the event page on Purplepass.
