When purchasing tickets online, the billing address entered must match the address on file with the credit card company.  This is typically the address where the monthly statements are sent.  The rejection message is coming from the bank and not us, so we cannot help resolve this issue.  If you are sure that you are entering the right billing address but you are still getting the same error, we suggest calling the number on the back of your card.
