There are a few ways to get your email confirmation if you did not get one.
First, always check your spam or junk folder to make sure the email confirmation didn’t go there. If you are sure you did not get the email, go to Purplepass.com, scroll to the bottom, and click the “Resend Tickets” link. If the email address isn’t found, then there might have been a typo when placing the order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-800-316-8559 so we can look up your order and have them resent.
If you have a Purplepass account, you can log into your account and go to “Profile”. Click on “Order History” on the side and you will see your ticket orders in here. This is where you can retrieve your email confirmation on your own.
